Welcome to the Capital City Jaguars Youth Sports Association's Website!!
GEnERAL INFORMATION
Section A - All Officers shall be elected after the Annual Banquet and will assume their position(s) after the last function of the year.

Section B - To be eligible to vote for Officers, members will be required to attend two (2) scheduled meetings, prior to election.
​
Section C - Each Officer will be for a two (2) year term. After the two (2) year term, the position will be up for election. If the current member is being nominated for the same position, he/she must be nominated and voted on. The candidate receiving the highest number of votes shall be declared elected.

Section D - Each member of the Capital City Jaguars Youth Sports Association (CCJYSA) will have an equal vote in ALL matters.
​
Section E - All members of the CCJYSA will follow the By-Laws of this Association.
​
Section F - All purchases will be made, only after the CCJYSA has approved the request, via vote of the Treasurer, President, and/or Vice President.
​
Section G - No contract can be executed, unless it has been brought to the CCJYSA's attention and has been signed by at least three (3) Officers (namely, Pres., VP & Treasurer).
​
Section H - The entire CCJYSA shall be responsible for the financial stability of the CCJYSA.
​
Section I - The CCJYSA will review and approve ALL coaching positions recommended by the Athletic & Cheerleading Coordinators.
​
Section J - The CCJYSA will take appropriate action deemed necessary, be it reprimands or dismissal, for any action or actions detrimental to the CCJYSA, from anyone involved in the Association.
​
Section K - In the absence of nominees from the general membership, the CCJYSA shall delegate and/or appoint persons to the position of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Athletic Coordinator, Cheerleading or Concessions Coordinator, or any other CCJYSA position.
​
Section L - All Officers' children shall have their Registration Fee waived, after serving one (1) full-year term, as long as that Officer remains in the position. However, Camp Fees shall be paid. All Officers are expected to participate in Fund-Raisers. If the CCJYSA is deemed to be in "financial-need," the Registration Fees shall be paid.
​
Section M - Registration Fees for all Coordinators' children will be waived after serving two (2) consecutive terms, as they remain in one of the above positions. However, Camp Fees shall be paid. The above members will participate in Fund-Raisers. If the CCJYSA is in "financial need," the Registration Fees will be paid (by all)!
